CPC216 will displace water and lubricants as it cleans and penetrates to free frozen fittings. It is non-flammable and does not contain chlorinated solvents, 1,1,1,-Trichloroethane, perchloroethylene, or methylene chloride. It also has a 39,000 volt dielectric strength and never dries.
