Penray 202132 Winter Thaw® - Emergency Diesel Fuel Treatment is an emergency treatment that de-ices frozen filters and fuel. Use one quart per 25 gallons and Use 1 gallon per 100 gallons. It prevents ice crystal build-up, prevents fuel filter icing (use one quart per 125 gallons), and reduces fuel line and filter clogging. Especially effective in biodiesel blended fuels, extends filter life, and prevents water separation from fuel. ULSD Compliant & Biodiesel compatible
